Fix: Cargo-Style Namespace Syntax

- No Version Numbers: Track changes via Git commit history
- Continuous Delivery: Sync updates with OCX main repository
- Backward Compatibility: Maintain backward compatibility of configuration format and API
Breaking changes will be clearly marked in the changelog.
